About us
Eduardo Bessa
Eduardo's career spans two decades of engineering, aircraft sales contracts, deliveries and aeronautical consulting. Good part of this time was working for a major aircraft manufacturer in Brazil.
He is a Mechanical Engineer, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Aeronautical Maintenance Engineering.
Eduardo has a hobby of flying gliders and is a member of the Brazilian Federation of Glider Flight (FBVP).
Co-founder of Concept Aviation, Eduardo's experience as an exceptionally skilled aviation professional, with over three hundred executive jet transactions to his credit, makes him a major technical contributor to the management team.
André Souza
André has a long career in aviation, starting his path as a pilot in 2005, when he became a flight instructor . Later, he joined the Brazilian Aviation Agency (ANAC), where he worked as INSPAC OPS1 (licenses) and OPS 3 (pilot checker).
In 2011, he left his public career to dedicate himself to airline aviation and is currently a captain in one of the largest airlines in the country.
In parallel with aviation, André also studied philosophy and sociology at renowned universities in Brazil.
With the aim of applying the experience and knowledge gained throughout his career, André decided to found Concept Aviation, together with the partners Christiano and Eduardo Bessa.
Christiano Oliveira
Christiano is a professional pilot with experience in executive and commercial aviation and still maintains contact with general aviation as an owner of two aircraft. He is currently Airbus Captain at a major Brazilian airline.
Aerobatics is one of his main hobbies and he is a national champion in the advanced category. In addition, he was nominated president of the Brazilian Chanpionshipof Aerobatics in the triennium 2021/2023.
Christiano is a founding partner of Concept Aviation, coming to add expertise to the team of André Souza and Eduardo Bessa
